摘要
自升式海工辅助平台提升齿轮箱主要结构为行星齿轮传动,如何评价与分析行星架的结构强度与疲劳寿命是设计这类齿轮箱的关键所在。文中利用Masta、ABAQUS以及FEMFAT等软件对第三级行星架结构强度与疲劳寿命的分析过程进行了阐述。分析结果表明,所阐述的方法是可行的,这种方法为类似齿轮箱行星架疲劳寿命与结构强度的设计提供了参考依据。
The main structure of auxiliary hoist gear box on Jack-up platform for marine is planetary gear transmission. The strength and fatigue life analysis of planet frame structure is the key factor in designing this kind of gear box. This paper expounds the strength and fatigue life analysis process of the third planet frame structure based on Masta, Abaqus and Femfat software. In this paper, the analysis results show that the method is feasible, the method provides a reference basis for fatigue life and strength design of the similar planet gear box frame component.
