摘要
[目的]筛选出醉香含笑的最佳扦插基质和插穗粗度,为产业化开发提供一定理论依据。[方法]以醉香含笑当年生枝条为试验材料,研究11种不同基质、3种规格插穗粗度对醉香含笑扦插生根的影响。[结果]基质和插穗粗度对醉香含笑扦插生根效果有显著影响。11种基质中,泥炭土为最佳基质;插穗在此基质上愈伤率为65.0%,生根率为28.3%,平均根数为1.89个,平均根长为6.28 cm,最大根长为7.63 cm,根系效果指数为0.60。在插穗粗度试验中以细插穗(0.15~0.25 cm)生根率最高,在泥炭土基质中可达55.0%,根系效果指数为0.52;中等插穗(0.25~0.35 cm)生根质量最高,生根率为30%,根系效果指数为0.75。[结论]使用泥炭土基质和粗度为0.15~0.25 cm的细插穗能促进醉香含笑扦插生根。
        [Objective] To screen the optimal growth substrate and cutting diameter of Michelia macclurei Dandy,and to provide certain theoretical foundation for the industrialization development. [Method] With new terminal branches of M. macclurei as the propagating material,we researched the effects of 11 growth substrates and 3 cutting diameters on the cutting rooting of M. macclurei.[Result]Growth substrate and cutting diameter showed significant impacts on the cutting rooting of M. macclurei. Among the 11 substrates,peat soil was the best. In this substrate,the callus rate was 65. 0%; the rooting rate was 28. 3%; the average root number,the average root length,the maximum root length and root effect index were 1. 89,6. 28 cm,7. 63 cm and 0. 60,respectively. The rooting rate of thin cutting( 0. 15-0. 25 cm) was the highest,which reached55% in the peat soil,with the rooting effect index being 0. 52. The substrate cutting( 0. 25-0. 35) had the highest rooting quality,the rooting rate was 30. 0%,and the rooting effect index was 0. 75.[Conclusion] Using peat soil as the substrate and 0. 15-0. 25 cm cutting diameter promotes the cutting rooting of M. macclurei.
