摘要
为了解决大泵抽油机井检泵作业时井内丢手开关密封不严、井内溢流无法控制及不压井无法施工等问题,研制了不压井防喷管柱。管柱主要由封隔器、锚定卡瓦、捅杆和控液开关等组成。管柱中的封隔器通过锚定卡瓦锚定管柱后压油管释放封隔器密封油套环空,控液开关和捅杆配合,通过控液开关里的防喷浮子控制套管出液。二次作业时,捅杆提出控液开关后,控液开关关闭,实现井内无溢流作业。该管柱现场应用15口井,封隔器坐封、丢手均一次性成功,控液开关防喷浮子关闭自如,且能长期使用。现场应用结果表明:不压井防喷管柱节约了作业费用,缩短了施工井的占井周期,保护了油气层,具有良好的应用前景。
To address the problems of pump inspection operation in pumping well produced by large pumping unit,including unsealed release switch,uncontrollable overflow,and failure of operation without killing the well,the blowout preventing string and supporting tools for snubbing operation run with the completion string are studied. The string is mainly composed of a packer,an anchor slip,a switch rod and a liquid control switch. After the anchor slip anchors the casing,the packer is hydraulically set to isolate the tubing-casing annular. The liquid control switch combined with the switch rod controls the producing liquid by blowout preventing float. During workover,the switch rod is pulled out of the liquid control switch to shut down the producing to provide non-flowing downhole condition. The string has been applied in 15 wells with one-time packer setting and releasing. The liquid-control switch blowout preventing float could be smoothly switched for a long time. The field application showed that the developed string saved operating costs,shortened the operation time and protected the formation,presenting a good application prospect.
