摘要
目的:通过建立大鼠慢性牙周炎和IgA肾病复合模型,利用牙周指标如龈出血指数、探诊深度及附着丧失和肾脏病理染色指标等初步探讨慢性牙周炎和IgA肾病之间的关系。方法:选择SD大鼠,通过结扎和细菌感染方法建立牙周炎模型,灌胃、皮下注射等方法建立IgA肾病模型,12周末检测大鼠牙周指标、肾脏临床及病理指标,进行统计学分析。结果:通过牙周指标和肾脏指标,确认成功建立所需的动物模型,尤其复合模型组的牙周指标较牙周炎组更高(P<0. 001),同时复合模型组的肾脏病理评分和单纯肾病组相比较高(P<0. 05)。结论:慢性牙周炎和IgA肾病之间存在一定的联系,可能会互相影响发生发展。
        Objective: By establishing a compound model of chronic periodontitis and Immunoglobulin A nephropathy in rats, the relationship between chronic periodontitis and immunoglobulin A nephropathy was studied by using periodontal indexes such as gingival bleeding index, probe depth, attachment loss and renal pathological staining. Methods: SpragueDawley rats was selected to establish periodontitis model by ligation and bacterial infection. The immunoglobulin A nephropathy model was established by intragastric administration and subcutaneous injection. Periodontal indexes, renal clinical and pathological indexes were detected and analyzed statistically at the end of 12 weeks. Results: The animal model was established successfully by periodontal index and renal index, especially the periodontal index in the compound model group was higher than that in the periodontitis group(P<0.001), and the renal pathological score in the composite model group was higher than that in the simple nephropathy group(P<0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between chronic periodontitis and immunoglobulin A nephropathy, which may affect the development of each other.
