摘要
研究和比较了拌槽内微孔分布器和环形分布器在气液分散过程的分散性能。实验结果表明微孔分布器通气后较环形分布器的搅拌功率下降慢,说明其具有更强的气泛控制能力。微孔分布器形成的气含率要小于环形分布器形成的,同时形成的气泡直径也较小。
The gas-liquid dispersion performance of a ring and a mocropore sparger in a stirred tank was studied. The experimental results show that the gassed power consumption with a micropore sparger decreases slowly compared with a ring sparger. The agitator with a micropore sparger has stronger ability of controlling flooding. In addition,the agitator with a micorpore sparger can obtain lower gas hold-up and smaller bubble size.
