摘要
为液泵反应器的应用推广提供依据,研究了20 L内循环液泵型生物反应器在不同通风比和不同循环液速下溶氧传质系数KLa的变化规律,并与Bio Flo 110型3 L搅拌式生物反应器作对比试验。结果找到一组能使2个反应器有相近KLa的操作条件,此时内循环液泵型生物反应器较搅拌式反应器节能约40%左右。
Studied on the KLa change rules of reversed jet loop reactor under different ventilation ratio and liquid circulation velocity which was compared with agitation bioreactor Bio Flo 110. Some operating conditions which made the two reactors had similar KLa, at this point, the energy consumed by reversed jet loop reactor was about 40% of Bio Flo 110 's, and the former showed the prospects for the application.
