摘要
以摆线齿轮(内转子和外转子)为研究对象,利用Pro/e软件参数化建模功能,对摆线齿轮的内转子轮廓方程进行参数化编程建模,得出摆线齿轮内转子三维模型;绘制摆线齿轮的外转子三维模型,将摆线齿轮(内、外转子)进行啮合装配并导入ANASYS workbench软件,对摆线齿轮的啮合进行有限元分析,得出摆线齿轮啮合处的应力云图、应变云图;利用UG软件的数控加工仿真功能对其进行自动编程设置,得出铣削摆线齿轮外形的铣削NC程序。
Taking cycloidal gear( inner rotor and outer rotor) as the research object,using Pro/e software parametric modeling capabilities,inner rotor of cycloidal gear profile equation was modeled and parametric programming cycloidal gear inside the rotor 3 d model was obtained. The outer rotor three-dimensional model of cycloid gear was drawn and the cycloidal gear mesh( internal and external rotor)was assembled and input into the ANASYS workbench software to do finite element analysis of the cycloidal gear so that the stress of contours and strain contours of the cycloidal gear meshing were obtained; Using UG software functions for NC machining simulation to do automatic programming,the milling cycloidal gear contour milling NC program was obtained.
