摘要

以加湿器底座为例,介绍薄壁型外观件的注射模设计,从分型面、浇注系统、冷却系统、推出系统、成型塑件外观的滑块等方面进行阐述。经实际生产验证,模具运行稳定,生产的塑件达到了使用要求,可为类似塑件的模具设计提供参考。
        Taking a humidifier base as an example, the design of the injection mould for thin-walled exterior parts was expounded from the aspects of parting level, gating system,cooling system, ejection system and slider for forming appearance. The actual production verified that the mould worked stably, and the formed parts met the requirements, which could provide a reference for the design of injection mould for similar plastics.
