游泳运动联合饮食干预对女性非酒精性脂肪肝患者血清SREBP-1c、RBP4、FS水平的影响

摘要
目的探讨游泳联合饮食控制对女性非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver,NAFLD)患者血清SREBP-1c、RBP4、FS水平的影响。方法选取48例轻度NAFLD女性患者,随机分为对照组(C)、游泳运动组(E)、饮食干预组(D)和游泳饮食联合干预组(ED)各12例,干预前后由专人测定研究对象身高、体质量、腰围、臀围及血液生化指标,计算体重指数(body mass index,BMI)和腰臀比(waist to hip ratio,WHR)。结果干预后组内比较,E组、ED组WHR值显著降低(P<0.05);与C组比较,E组、ED组WHR、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C显著降低(P<0.05)。干预后组内比较,E组、ED组血清RBP4、SREBP-1c、SF,D组血清SREBP-1c均显著下降(P<0.05);与C组比较,ED组血清RBP4、SREBP-1c均显著下降(P<0.05)。结论 24周的游泳运动、饮食控制、游泳运动联合饮食控制干预后,女性NAFLD患者血清SREBP-1c、RBP4、FS均有不同程度降低,血脂变化明显,病情有所改善,综合干预效果优于单一游泳运动或饮食干预。
Objective To invesgate the effects of swimming and diet control on levels of SREBP-1 c,RBP4,and FS in serum of femle patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods 48 female patients with mild nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were divided into control group(C),swimming exercise group(E),dietary intervention group(D)and swimming combined dietary intervention group(ED),12 cases in each group.Height,mass,waist circumference,hip circumference and blood biochemical indexes were measured by special personnel before and after intervention,body mass index(BMI)and waist to hip ratio(WHR)were calculated.Results WHR decreased significantly in groups E and ED after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with group C,WHR,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C in group E and ED decreased significantly(P<0.05).RBP4,SREBP-1 c and SF in serum of group E and ED,as well as SREBP-1 c in serum of group D were significantly lower after intervention(P<0.05).RBP4,SREBP-1 c and SF in serum of group ED were significantly lower than those of group C(P<0.05).Conclusion After 24 weeks of swimming exercise,diet control and swimming exercise combined with diet intervention,SREBP-1 c,RBP4 and FS in serum of female patients with NAFLD decreased in varying degrees,the changes of blood lipid were obvious,the condition of female patients with NAFLD was improved,and the effects of comprehensive intervention were better than those of single swimming exercise or diet intervention.
