摘要
采用发动机气缸压力和活塞轮廓、刚度作为输入条件,运用多体动力学软件对三缸柴油机活塞进行了动力学计算与分析。研究了曲轴偏置和活塞销偏置对发动机摩擦损耗的影响。曲轴最佳偏置量为15 mm。活塞销向主推力侧偏置可减少活塞裙部摩擦损耗,而向次推力侧偏置使活塞裙部摩擦损耗增大。曲轴向主推力侧偏置15 mm,活塞销向主推力侧偏置0.5 mm,活塞裙部摩擦损耗最小,摩擦损耗降低率达8.84%~10.95%。
        According to cylinder pressure and piston contour and pistion stiffness the dynamic calculation of piston is carried out by using multi-body dynamics software in a three-cylinder diesel engne. The influence of crankshaft offset and piston pin offset on engine friction loss are analyzed. The optimal crankshaft offset was thirteen millimeter. The piston skirt friction loos can be reduced by offsetting the piston pin to the master thrusting face and vice verse. While the crankshaft offset to the master thrusting face was thirteen millimeter and the piston pin offset to the master thrusting face was 0. 5 millimeter the engine friction loss efficiency was decresed by 8. 84 ~10. 95%.
