摘要
推力轴承损耗由瓦面油膜的摩擦损耗和镜板等旋转件产生的搅拌损耗组成,降低油位可以大幅降低搅拌损耗。本文介绍了喷淋式低损耗推力轴承技术的研究成果,研究结果表明采用低浸泡和喷淋式非浸泡润滑系统为推力轴承供油,可以降低推力轴承搅拌损耗30%~90%,能够明显减少抽水蓄能机组高速推力轴承总损耗,提高机组的效率。
Thrust bearing loss is composed of friction loss of oil film on tile surface and stirring loss caused by rotating parts such as runner plate. Reducing oil level can significantly reduce stirring power loss. This paper introduces the research results of spray type low power loss thrust bearing technology,and the research results show that the use of low immersion and spray type non-immersion lubrication system to supply oil for thrust bearing can reduce the stirring loss of thrust bearing by 30% ~ 90%,significantly reduce the total power loss of high-speed thrust bearing of pumped storage unit,and improve the efficiency of the unit.
