摘要
为满足部分离心压缩机组的强度要求,需要在扩压器内增加拉筋。拉筋是连接扩压器的端壁并起支撑作用的组件,然而拉筋的存在必然会导致额外的气动损失,降低压缩机机组的整体效率。本文以某离心压缩机机组的末级为研究对象,采用NUMECA FINE/Turbo软件对叶轮、带拉筋的扩压器和排气蜗壳构成的整级模型进行数值计算,分析并对比三种不同截面形状的拉筋对排气蜗壳的性能的影响。计算结果表明,截面为椭圆形的拉筋对排气蜗壳的气动性能影响最小。
        Abstrac:To meet the strength requirement of some centrifugal compressors, add spacers in the diffuser is necessary. The spacer is a component that connects and supports the end walls of the diffuser. However, the spacer will inevitably lead to additional aerodynamic losses and reduce the overall efficiency of the compressor. In this paper, the final stage of a centrifugal compressor is taken as the research object. The NUMECA FINE/Turbo software is used to calculate the whole stage consisting of the impeller, the diffuser with spacer and the exit scroll, and the effects of spacers with three different cross-section shapes on the performance of exit scroll are analyzed and compared. The calculation results show that the elliptical spacer has minimal impact on the aerodynamic performance of the exit scroll.
