摘要
冬青树叶提取液作为Q235钢酸洗中的天然绿色缓蚀剂,具有一定的环保价值。通过失重法、电化学法、形貌分析等方法研究了冬青树叶提取液在1 mol/L盐酸中对Q235钢的缓蚀性能,并探讨了缓蚀机理。结果表明:通过浸泡+超声波提取得到的冬青树叶提取物缓蚀剂,随其浓度增大缓蚀性能提高,在50℃下当缓蚀剂浓度达到0.8 g/L时,缓蚀率能达到94%;该缓蚀剂属于混合型缓蚀剂,吸附方式为物理吸附,有效缓蚀成分在碳钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附。
The extraction solution of holly leaves was used as the natural green corrosion inhibitor in Q235 steel pickling,presenting a certain environmental value. The corrosion inhibition of the extracts of holly leaves on Q235 steel in 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid was studied by weight loss method,electrochemical measurements and morphology analysis,and then the corrosion inhibition mechanism was discussed. Results showed that the extracts of holly leaves,which extracted by the methods of immerse and ultrasonic wave extraction method,exhibited better corrosion inhibition with the increase of extracts concentrations. When the concentration was 0.8 g/L,the optimal inhibition efficiency under 50 ℃was up to 94%. The extracts of holly leaves belonged to mixed-type inhibitors,and the adsorption behavior was physical adsorption. Furthermore,the adsorption of effective corrosion inhibitor on steel surface conformed to Langmuir isotherm adsorption.
