摘要
在实验室利用箱式炉对冷轧高强IF钢薄板进行罩式退火试验,使用金相显微镜和X射线衍射技术,研究罩式退火过程中稀土镧对再结晶组织和织构转变的影响。并结合拉伸试验研究镧在不同保温时间下对力学性能的影响。结果表明:稀土镧在罩式退火中强烈推迟再结晶,再结晶过程晶粒细化;并且对于γ类型织构的均匀性起到阻碍作用;稀土镧对抗拉强度的增大有促进作用,但使得伸长率减小。
        Batch annealing test of cold-rolled high strength IF steel sheet was carried out by box type furnace in laboratory,the effect of lanthanum element on recrystallization microstructure and texture transformation during the batch annealing process was studied by means of metallographic microscope and X ray diffraction.The influence of lanthanum element on mechanical properties under different holding time was studied by tensile test.The results show that during the batch annealing,lanthanum element delays the recrystallization refines the recrystallized grains; It also hinders the strengthening of γ type texture.Rare earth lanthanum element promotes the tensile strength but reduces the elongation.
