摘要
现有PDC钻头单齿试验装置对单齿切削角度等参数的调整很不方便,需要进行多组刀具的频繁更换,不适用于多切削齿在交叉或重叠组合下的混合切削特性及破岩机理的试验研究。为此,设计了PDC钻头混合布齿切削试验装置。该装置通过特殊的混合布齿组合结构设计,能实现不同PDC齿在不同切削参数下的混合布齿组合,具备PDC混合布齿切削试验能力。试验结果表明:该试验装置可以方便地实现对PDC齿后倾角、切削深度、多切削齿布齿方式及组合等切削结构和参数进行调节,从而实现对不同切削齿在不同组合及布齿参数下切削规律和破岩机理的研究。研究结果为进行有针对性和适应性的PDC钻头切削结构和布齿优化设计奠定了试验基础。
        The existing PDC bit single-cutter test device is very inconvenient to adjust the parameters such as single-cutter rake angle. It is necessary to carry out frequent replacement of multiple sets of tools,which is not suitable for the mixed cutting characteristics and rock breaking test of multi-cutter under cross or overlapping arrangement. To address the problem,a PDC bit mixed cutter cutting test device was designed. It can realize mixed cutter arrangement of different PDC cutters under different cutting parameters through special structure design,and has the ability to perform PDC mixed cutter cutting test. The test results show that the cutting test device for PDC bit with mixed cutter arrangement can easily realize the adjustment of cutting structure and parameters of PDC cutter including back rake angle,cutting depth,multi-cutter arrangement pattern and combination,so as to achieve researches on cutting and rock breaking mechanism of different cutters under different combinations with various arrangement parameters,providing a test foundation for fit-for-purpose PDC bit cutting structure and cutter arrangement optimization design.
