摘要
空冷器的控制热阻通常在空气侧,需采用翅片管增大表面积或湿式空冷强化管外传热。而案例中的润滑油空冷器则相反,控制热阻在管内。通过在管内设置扭带式扰流子,成功地进行了管内强化传热,并得到实践的检验。
Normally air side is the main thermal resistance of air cooled heat exchanger, so it is necessary to enhance the air side heat transfer by using finned pipe to extend surface area or by wet cooling.On the contrary, in the case of the heavy lubricating oil air cooler, the main thermal resistance is inside the tube. The lubricating oil air cooler is designed by using twisted tape internals to strengthen the heat transfer in the tube. The expected cooling effect was achieved in practice.
