以足底撕脱皮肤预制游离皮瓣修复足底软组织撕脱伤

摘要
目的临床探究治疗足底软组织撕脱伤采用足底撕脱皮肤预制游离皮瓣修复的可行性。方法选取我院2013.4~2014.4期间30例经诊断为足底软组织撕脱伤入院治疗患者,根据患者病情以将足底撕脱皮肤预制成游离皮瓣对足底软组织撕脱伤进行修复,观察患者恢复情况并对治疗后患者并发症情况进行统计。结果全部患者预制皮瓣成功,患者创面治疗后愈合,治疗效果优秀15例,良好10例,一般3例,差2例。结论临床治疗足底软组织撕脱伤采用足底撕脱皮肤预制游离皮瓣修复,患者足跟部功能恢复良好,且术中感染、坏死等并发症少。
Objective To explore the feasibility of using prefabricated free skin flap to repair avulsion injury of plantar soft tissue. Methods In our hospital 2013.4 to during the period of the 2014.4 30 cases the diagnosis of plantar soft tissue avulsion injury patients hospitalized for treatment, according to the patient's condition to plantar tear off skin prefabricated flap of plantar soft tissue tearing off wound repair, recovery of patients were observed and statistics on the treatment of patients with complications after. Results All the patients were prefabricated flap successfully. After the wound healing, the treatment effect was excellent in 15 cases, good in 10 cases, general in 3 cases and poor in 2 cases. Conclusion The clinical treatment of plantar soft tissue tearing avulsion injury of the plantar avulsion skin prefabricated flap to repair, heel function in patients with good recovery, and postoperative infection, necrosis and other complications.
