摘要
目的探讨月经状态及年龄对成年女性骨盆骨髓动态对比增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)定量灌注参数的影响。资料与方法回顾性分析2017年1—12月中国医科大学肿瘤医院98名成年女性的DCE-MRI检查资料,测量其骨盆骨髓DCE-MRI定量灌注参数容量转移常数(K~(trans))、速率常数(K_(ep))、血管外细胞外容积分数(V_e)并取平均值。将受试者按照月经状态分为未绝经组和绝经组,分析两组DCE-MRI定量灌注参数的差异,并分析年龄与DCE-MRI定量灌注参数的相关性。结果未绝经组与绝经组患者K~(trans)、K_(ep)、V_e差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄与K~(trans)、K_(ep)、V_e均呈显著负相关(r=-0.587、-0.348、-0.386,P<0.01)。结论月经状态与年龄对成年女性骨盆骨髓DCE-MRI定量灌注参数有一定的影响。DCE-MRI定量灌注参数可反映成年女性骨盆骨髓微环境的改变。
        Purpose To explore the effect of menstrual status and age on quantitative perfusion parameters of pelvic bone marrow dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI) in adult females. Materials and Methods DCE-MRI data of 98 adult females in China Medical University Cancer Hospital from January to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Their pelvic bone marrow DCE-MRI quantitative perfusion parameters(K~(trans), K_(ep), V_e) were measured for the mean value. Subjects were divided into non-menopausal group and menopausal group according to their menstrual status. The differences in DCE-MRI quantitative perfusion parameters between the two groups were analyzed, and the correlation between age and DCE-MRI quantitative perfusion parameters was calculated. Results There was statistically significant difference in K~(trans), K_(ep) and V_e between the non-menopausal group and the menopausal group(P<0.05). Significant negative correlations were shown between age and K~(trans), K_(ep) and V_e(r=-0.587,-0.348,-0.386, P<0.01). Conclusion Menstrual status and age bear certain effects on pelvic bone marrow DCE-MRI quantitative perfusion parameters in adult females, and DCE-MRI quantitative perfusion parameters can reflect changes of pelvic bone marrow microenvironment in adult females.
