体外冲击波治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的研究体外冲击波治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法该院于2017年11月—2018年11月共选择了60例患者作为研究对象,所有患者的疾病为桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎。按照不同的治疗方式将患者平均分为了观察组和对照组两组,每组30例,其中对照组主要采用局部外用吲哚美辛软膏进行治疗,观察组采用体外冲击波进行治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果以及治疗前后的VAS和Cooney腕关节评分。结果该次研究结果表明,观察组的临床治疗有效率(93.33%)要远高于对照组(53.33%),而且在治疗后2周和4周的VAS(3.3±1.1)分,(2.3±1.3)分和Cooney腕关节评分(83.74±10.27)分,(93.77±11.55)分也要远优于对照组VAS(4.2±1.3)分,(3.6±1.2)分;Cooney腕关节评分(77.25±8.73)分,(79.53±9.81)分,差异有统计学意义,值得进一步对比分析。结论外冲击波治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效显著,值得进一步研究发展。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of stenotic tenosynovitis of the sacral styloid process. Methods A total of 60 patients from November 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled in the study. The disease in all patients was stenotic tenosynovitis of the styloid process. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was mainly treated with topical indomethacin ointment, and the observation group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave. The clinical effects of the two groups of patients and the VAS and Cooney wrist scores before and after treatment were compared. Results The results of this study showed that the clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group(93.33%) was much higher than that of the control group(53.33%), and VAS(3.3±1.1)points,(2.3±1.3)points at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment. And the Cooney wrist score(83.74 ±10.27)points,(93.77±11.55)points was also much better than the control group VAS(4.2±1.3)points,(3.6±1.2)points; Cooney wrist score(77.25±8.73)points,(79.53±9.81)points, which were significant differences and deserved further comparative analysis. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of stenotic tenosynovitis of the sacral styloid process is significant and worthy of further research and development.
