摘要

培养大国工匠,弘扬工匠精神是国家高速发展的现实需要,更是实现"两个百年目标"和"中国梦"的战略需要。中等职业教育作为我国教育的重要组成部分,每年培养培训技能人才数千万。如何提升中职学校教育教学能力,不断提高育人质量,培养更多适合企业需求、具有较强工匠精神的优秀毕业生,责任重大、意义深远。中职学校必须狠抓师资队伍建设这项核心工作,牢牢把握学生的职业技能训练和职业精神引领这两个教育关键,通过校企深度合作这一基本途径,完成历史赋予我们的重任。
        To cultivate craftsmen of the nation and promote the spirit of craftsmanship is not only a realistic need for China's rapid development,but also a strategic demand to realize the"two centenary goals"and the"Chinese dream".As an important part of China's education,secondary vocational education trains millions of technical skilled talents every year.How to improve the teaching ability of secondary vocational schools,and the quality of education,and cultivate more outstanding graduates that meet the needs of enterprises and have strong craftsman spirit is of great responsibility and far-reaching significance.Secondary vocational schools must pay close attention to the core work of faculty team construction,firmly grasp two key tasks of students' vocational skills training and professional spirit orientation,and complete important tasksthat the history has entrusted to us through the basic way of school-enterprise deep cooperation.
