摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机制备了聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐(PE-g-MAH)粘接性树脂,研究了引发剂用量、反应温度和螺杆转速对熔体流动速率(MFR)和凝胶含量的影响,并进一步探究了粘接性能。实验结果表明随着引发剂用量和反应温度的提高,熔体流动速率减小,凝胶含量呈上升趋势。凝胶的存在会影响粘接性树脂的粘接性能和老化性能,当螺杆转速为250 r/min时,凝胶含量为0.12%,剥离强度可达到31.8 N/15 mm,燃油老化后剥离强度下降到25.9 N/15 mm。
polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride(PE-g-MAH) adhesive resin were prepared by using twin screw extrusion. The effects of initiator level,reaction temperature and screw speed on melt flow rate and gel content were studied, then the adhesion performance was further studied. With the increase of initiator level and reaction temperature, melt flow rate decreased while gel content increased. Moreover, gel content can affect adhesion and aging performance. The peel strength decreased from 31.8 N/15 mm to 25.9 N/15 mm after aging treatment at the gel content of 0.12% and the screw speed of 250 r/min.
