山区雨水集蓄与节水灌溉浅析

摘要
雨水集蓄利用是雨水利用的一种形式,也是水资源开发的形式。雨水集蓄和节水灌溉是山区农业节水增效的重要措施,发挥着改善山区农民生活条件和生态环境的积极作用。本文对雨水集蓄和节水灌溉工程进行简述,并以湖北省宜昌市为例,对其雨水集蓄和节水灌溉工程实施原因、实际效益、保障措施进行了详细分析。
Rainwater harvesting and storage is a form of rainwater utilization as well as a form of water resources development. Rainwater harvesting and water-saving irrigation are important measures for water conservation and efficiency improvement in agriculture in mountainous areas, and play an active role in improving the living conditions of farmers and ecological environment in mountainous areas. This paper gives a brief introduction to the rainwater harvesting and watersaving irrigation projects, and takes Yichang City, Hubei Province as an example to analyze the necessities, actual benefits and safeguard measures of rainwater harvesting and water-saving irrigation projects.
