摘要
近年来随着高效快速掘进技术在大断面巷道掘进和巷道开采方面的快速发展,巷道的成巷时间已缩短1/4,大大缓解了采掘失调的问题。现针对掘进机高效快速掘进系统,开发一种新型的锚杆转载机组,阐述了锚杆转载机组的整机布置,主要工作机构的设计方法,以及系统配套的使用情况。该新型锚杆转载机组通过4个月的井下工业性试验运行,基本实现了预期的目标要求。
        In recent years, with the rapid development of high-efficiency and fast tunneling technology in large cross-section roadway excavation and roadway mining, the time of roadway formation has been shortened by 1/4, which greatly alleviates the problem of mining imbalance. A new type of anchor reloading unit has been developed for the efficient and fast tunneling system of roadheader. The layout of the unit, the design method of the main working mechanism and the application of the system have been described. The new type of bolt reloading unit has basically achieved the anticipated target requirements through four months of underground industrial test operation.
