摘要
电动防爆无轨胶轮运输车在煤矿井下推广的主要制约因素在于续航里程短、整车重量大、现有电池水平难以突破,在这种情况下驱动电机参数的设计与优化水平对于提升续航里程非常关键。针对电动防爆运输车的电机参数设计,以神华神东集团与航天重工联合研发的WLL-5A电动防爆无轨胶轮材料运输车为例,在明确整车动力性能参数后,对牵引电机技术参数进行分析、计算、优化,介绍了完整的计算推演过程,提出系统的实施方案。经车辆运行试验,效果良好,具有一定的借鉴意义。
The main restrictive factors for the wide popularization of electric explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicle in underground coal mines are short endurance mileage and large vehicle weight.Because the battery level is difficult to break through,the design and optimization of driving motor parameters is very important to improve the endurance mileage.Taking the WLL-5 A electric explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicle developed by Shenhua Shendong Group and Aerospace Heavy Engineering Equipment Corp as an example,by defining the dynamic performance parameters of the vehicle,the technical parameters of traction motor were calculated and optimized,and the calculation and deduction process was introduced.Practice shows that the vehicle runs well and the research has certain reference significance for other mines.
