分泌性中耳炎在鼓膜穿刺后行负压吸引加药物灌洗的临床效果观察

摘要
目的研究分泌性中耳炎在鼓膜穿刺后行负压吸引加药物灌洗的临床效果。方法选取74例在新乡市第二人民医院接受诊治的分泌性中耳炎患者作为研究对象,均为单耳发病,采用抽签方式将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各37例。对照组患者行鼓膜穿刺术后给予药物灌洗进行治疗,观察组行鼓膜穿刺术后给予负压吸引加药物灌洗进行治疗,对两组患者临床效果进行对比分析。结果对比两组患者临床疗效发现,观察组总有效率(94.59%)高于对照组(75.68%),差异有统计学意义。对比两组患者并发症情况发现,观察组并发症总发生率(5.41%)低于对照组(21.64%),差异有统计学意义。结论分泌性中耳炎于鼓膜穿刺后行负压吸引加药物灌洗的临床效果显著良好,可提高临床疗效和减少并发症发生,具有较高的医学价值,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of negative pressure suction and drug lavage after tympanic membrane puncture in secretory otitis media. Methods 74 patients with secretory otitis media who were treated in the hospital were selected as the study objects,all of them were monaural. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 37 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with drug lavage after tympanic membrane puncture,and the patients in the observation group were treated with negative pressure suction and drug lavage after tympanic membrane puncture. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the two groups,the total effective rate of the observation group(94.59%)was higher than that of the control group(75.68%),and the difference was statistically significant. The total incidence of complications in the observation group(5.41%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.64%).Conclusion The application of negative pressure suction and drug lavage after tympanic membrane puncture in secretory otitis media has a good clinical effect,which can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications. It is of high medical value and worthy of clinical promotion.
