品管圈护理在肘管综合征患者治疗期间的应用分析和效果探讨

摘要
目的探讨品管圈护理在肘管综合征治疗期间的应用效果,分析对提高患者生活质量及满意度的影响。方法选取2017年3月6日-2018年3月27日期间在本院接受尺神经松解前置手术治疗的肘管综合征患者,共计94例。采用随机数字表法均分为2组,对照组(47例)给予围手术期常规护理,观察组(47例)在常规护理基础上应用品管圈护理模式。观察分析2组术后麻痛症状、肌肉萎缩、感觉检查、爪形手和握力等功能评分,统计治疗优良率与并发症发生率,比较手术时间、住院时间、恢复正常生活工作时间以及护理满意度。结果 2组均顺利完成手术,术后患肢功能评分差异无明显统计学意义(P> 0.05)。观察组治疗优良率高于对照组,治疗期间并发症发生率低于对照组;比较手术时间、住院时间及恢复正常生活工作时间,观察组较对照组显著缩短;观察组对品管圈护理满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论肘管综合征患者治疗期间应用品管圈护理有助于提高治疗效果,缩短手术时间、住院时间和恢复时间,能够有效降低并发症发生率,并增加护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application quality control circle nursing in the treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome, and analyze the effect on improving the quality of life and satisfaction of patients. Methods A total of94 patients with cubital tunnel syndrome who received arthroscopic orthotopic release in our hospital from March6, 2017 to March 27, 2018 were selected. All patients were divided into 2 groups by random number table method.The control group(47 cases) was given routine perioperative care, and the observation group(47 cases) was given the nursing mode of tube circle on the basis of routine care. The functional scores of postoperative numbness and pain symptoms, muscular atrophy, sensory examination, clawed hand and handgrip strength of the patients in the two groups were observed and analyzed. The excellent and good rate of treatment and the incidence of complications were counted. The operation time, hospitalization time, time to return to normal life and work as well as nursing satisfaction were compared. Results Patients in both groups successfully completed the surgery, and postoperative functional score of the af fected limb showed no significant dif ference(P > 0.05). The rate of good and excellent treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications during the treatment was lower than that in the control group. Compared with the control group, the operation time, hospitalization time and normal life and work time were significantly shortened in the observation group. Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the care of quality control circle than those in the control group, and the dif ferences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of quality control circle nursing during the treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome can help to improve the therapeutic ef fect, shorten the operation time, hospitalization time and recovery time, ef fectively reduce the incidence of complications, and increase nursing satisfaction.
