摘要
针对汽轮机中小型叶片抛磨,研制了一套基于机器人技术的自动抛磨系统。系统组成包括工件快速抓取装置、工件抓取精度校验模块、抛磨机、离线编程系统等。应用该系统对两个规格叶片进行了抛磨应用试验,工件的抛磨精度及表面粗糙度均达到产品要求。实现了从工件抓取上料到抛磨完成下料过程的全自动化抛磨。
An automatic polishing system based on robot technology is developed for small and medium turbine blade polishing.The system consists of a workpiece fast grip device, a grip accuracy check module, polishers, and an off-line programming system, etc.Grinding tests are carried out on two sizes of blades by using the system. The results show that accuracy of the grinding and the surface roughness of the workpiece all meet the product requirements.A fully automatic process from the workpiece picking to the polishing finishing is implemented.
