宇宙整体观视角下的企业家战略思维研究

摘要
企业家是整个企业发展的重要参与者、引导者以及实际发展方向的主要掌舵人,是企业最为核心的资本要素。企业的壮大发展以及国际化进程都离不开企业家的正确引导和科学布局。企业家个人综合素养能力的高低直接决定了企业国际化发展的程度和水平,是实现企业可持续健康发展的关键所在。在世界经济一体化程度逐渐加剧的背景下,企业发展机遇与挑战共存,企业之间的竞争愈加激烈化发展,此种情况下我们需要通过优秀的企业家培育来努力提升企业家个人综合素质水平,使其能够具备在暴风雨交加的大海上为企业这艘大船掌舵的能力。基于企业家独特的工作环境、内容及对象,本文特引入宇宙整体观理念,希望通过对宇宙整体观内涵的分析,来为企业家战略思维的培育和运用提供更具科学的指导意见和建议,以此来促进优秀企业家的塑造。为此,本文以企业家培育为研究对象,围绕宇宙整体观视角下的企业家战略思维展开探究。在对企业家具备战略思维必要性进行解析的基础上,对宇宙整体观的现实意义、企业家战略思维及其特征、宇宙整体观视角下的企业家战略思维、神驰——宇宙整体观的境界前提等四个不同的角度对宇宙整体观视角下企业家战略思维的培育重点内容进行了详细的介绍。
The entrepreneur is the important participant, guide and the main leader of the development direction of the whole enterprise, and the most core capital element of the enterprise. The growth and development of enterprises and the process of internationalization can not be separated from the correct guidance and scientific layout of entrepreneurs. The degree and level of enterprise internationalization is directly determined by the level of the entrepreneur's ability of comprehensive accomplishment, which is the key to the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise. Under the background of increasing integration of the world economy, opportunities and challenges for enterprise development coexist, and competition among enterprises becomes more intense. Under such circumstances, we need to work hard to improve the overall quality of individual entrepreneurs through the cultivation of outstanding entrepreneurs. Enable it to be able to steer the company's large ship in the stormy sea. Based on the unique working environment, content and objects of entrepreneurs, we introduce the concept of the universe as a whole, hoping to provide more scientific guidance and suggestions for the cultivation and application of entrepreneur's strategic thinking through the analysis of the connotation of the universe as a whole. In order to promote the formation of good entrepreneurs. For this reason, this paper takes entrepreneurship cultivation as the research object and explores the entrepreneur's strategic thinking from the perspective of the universe.Based on the analysis of the necessity of strategic thinking for entrepreneurs, Realistic significance of the holistic view of the universe, entrepreneur's strategic thinking and its characteristics, entrepreneur's strategic thinking from the perspective of the holistic view of the universe, the premise of the realm of the holistic view of the universe and other four different perspectives on the cultivation of entrepreneur's strategic thinking from the perspective of the holistic view of the universe is described in detail.
