摘要
介绍了当前国内发动机缸体、缸盖铸件内腔清洁度的要求,针对内腔清洁度问题,列举了改善内腔清洁度常用的工艺技术方案。通过生产实例阐述了冷芯改性剂与M590涂料在各种缸体、缸盖上的应用情况,并以3.8 L 4气门缸盖为例对其生产成本进行了对比。实践表明:生产中除了使用昂贵的特种砂外,通过冷芯改性剂和高端涂料(如M590)的组合使用,也可以解决缸体、缸盖内腔脉纹、粘砂、烧结等质量缺陷,同时又可以有效降低生产成本。
        The requirements for the cleanliness of the internal cavity of engine cylinder block and cylinder head castings in China were introduced. Aiming at the problem of cavity cleanliness,the common technological schemes to improve the inner cavity cleanliness were listed. The application of cold core modifier and M590 coating on various cylinder blocks and cylinder heads was described through practical examples. Taking 3.8 L 4-valve cylinder head as an example,its production cost was compwered. Practice showed:in addition to the use of expensive special sand,the combination of cold core modifier and high end coating(such as M590)could also solve the internal cavity quality defects of cylinder block and head,including veining,burnt-on sand sintering and so on,and at the same time,it could effectively reduce the production cost.
