摘要
本实验是通过借助扫描电镜和X射线能谱分析、以及电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱分析等设备的情况下,对改性塑料活化层做了表征,实验大致过程:铜元素在活化层里面的实质是亚铜化合物,而其是由亚铜离子构成的;在独特的空间里,亚铜离子经过歧化反应,催化了化学镀铜的进程;实验结果证明:亚铜化合物可以作为催化剂来代替以往传统的催化剂来进行化学镀铜。
In this experiment, the modified plastics activation layer was characterized by the equipment of scanning electron microscopy, X-ray energy spectrum analysis, electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The experimental process is as follows: the substance of copper in the activation layer is cuprous compound, which is composed of cuprous ion. In the unique space, cuprous ion catalyzes the process of electroless copper plating through disproportionation reaction. The experimental results show that cuprous compounds can be used as catalysts to replace traditional catalysts for electroless copper plating.
