摘要
苯丙体系乳液和树脂作为水性涂料的成膜物质,具有优异的耐候性、低成本等诸多优点。本文考察了两种苯丙乳液与改性树脂配比对水性金属漆光泽度、水滴角、硬度、附着力、耐中性盐雾等性能的影响。结果表明:苯丙乳液RY-1与改性树脂复配后,涂层的耐中性盐雾腐蚀性提高21. 3%,而光泽度、硬度、附着力等其它性能均受到抑制;乳液RY-2与改性树脂的复配比为1∶3时,水性金属漆的综合性能最佳。
As film-forming substances for waterborne coating,styrene-acrylic emulsions and resins have many advantages such as excellent weather resistance and low cost. In this paper,the effects of the ratio of two kinds of styrene-acrylic emulsion and modified resin on the gloss,contact angle,hardness,adhesion and neutral salt spray resistance of waterborne metal paint were investigated. The results showed that when styrene-acrylic emulsion RY-1 was compounded with the modified resin,the neutral salt spray corrosion resistance of the coating was improved by 21. 3 %,while other properties such as gloss,hardness and adhesion were inhibited.When the nemulsion RY-2 was compounded with the modified resin by 1 ∶ 3,the optimal performance of the coating was achieved.
