摘要
压缩空气是钢铁企业重要的能源介质,其供应稳定性和气源质量直接关系到生产稳定和安全,同时对企业的成本和效益影响也很大(目前钢铁企业吨钢压缩空气电耗在15-20kWh/吨钢之间,占钢铁企业总电耗的3%-4%)。受技术进步、分步建设、系统影响等制约和影响,钢铁企业的压缩空气存在着压缩站布置分散、压缩与净化设备形式多样、压力需求多元、露点不好确定等问题。针对上述问题,笔者阐述了涉及压缩站配置与改进、压缩机的选择、净化设备配置、降低放散与空载等方面的研究与思考,并基于南钢对空压系统的整体改造实践和效益分析,提出了关于冶金企业空压系统整体改造的建议。
        Compressed air is an important energy medium of steelmakers, of which reliable and high-quality supply directly influences stable and safe production operation as well as production cost and economic performance(at present the electricity consumption of compressed air per ton of steel accounts for 3%-4% of the total electricity consumption of steelmakers). Compressed air system in steelmakers has the problem of dispersal layout, various types of equipment, diversified demands and uncertain dew points due to technical and construction limitations. To solve above problems, the paper discusses about the research and thoughts on setup and improvement of air compressing stations, selection of air compressors,setup of purifying equipment and reducing free release and idle running, and puts forward suggestions on overall transformation of air compressing systems in the steel sector based on the practice of Nanjing Steel.
