摘要

文章对洪雅县国有林场的自然条件、经营历史、人才队伍、科研能力、森林经营现状和机遇进行了总结,分析了林场履约《联合国森林文书》所存在的问题,提出了相应的对策建议。表明洪雅县国有林场有能力履行《联合国森林文书》要求的建设内容,并在履约过程中可以不断提升森林可持续经营水平。
        The natural environment conditions, management history, talents, scientific research ability, forest management status and opportunities of the state-owned forest farm in Hongya county were summarized in this paper, and the problems existing in the forest farm implementation of the United Nations forest instrument were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward. It shows that the state-owned forest farms in Hongya county have the ability to fulfill the construction content required by the "United Nations Forest Instrument",and the ability of sustainable forest management could be continuously improved during the implementation process.
