摘要
水煤浆加压气化装置的黑灰水具有高压、高温、高浊度、高硬度等特点,在运行过程中存在严重的结垢现象。鉴于此凯米拉公司研发了灰水分散剂KemGuard 11-350C及一系列型号的黑水絮凝剂,其耐高温阻垢分散实验结果显示:KemGuard 11-350C的性能高于市面上的阻垢剂A和阻垢剂B;在某德士古水煤浆气化装置中,配合使用KemGuard 11-350C灰水阻垢剂与Kemira C492黑水絮凝剂,有效地解决了灰水系统的结垢问题,改善了系统的运行状况,延长了装置的运行周期。
        Black water and grey water in coal water slurry pressurized gasification system was characterized by high pressure, high temperature, high turbidity and high hardness, showing serious scaling phenomena in its operation process.Kemira had developed the scale dispersion agent of Kem Guard 11-350 C and a series of black water flocculants. The experimental results of high temperature resistance, scale inhibition and dispersion showed that the performance of Kem Guard11-350 C was higher than that of scale inhibitors A and B in the market. In a Texaco coal water slurry gasification unit, the scaling problem of grey water system could be effectively solved by using Kem Guard 11-350 C and Kemira C492 black water flocculant, which improved the system operation condition and extended the running period of the unit.
