摘要
水库水情自动监测报告系统能够及时准确地预报水情,为水库防洪调度提供科学合理的基础数据。随着现代通信技术和水情测量预报新技术的发展,为了使系统高效地服务于梯级水库的运行管理,迫切需要对水情自动测报系统进行设计、改造、升级。本文以北疆恰海水库为例,介绍其水情自动测报系统,分析了系统的作用与存在的问题,提出了水情自动测报系统的改造设计思路。
        The automatic monitoring and reporting system of water situation in reservoir can predict the water situation in time and accurately, thereby providing scientific and reasonable basic data for the reservoir flood control operation. It is urgent to design, transform and upgrade the automatic water level measurement and prediction system with the development of modern communication technology and new technology of water level measurement and prediction in order to make the system serve the operation and management of cascade reservoirs efficiently. Qiahai Reservoir in northern Xinjiang is adopted as an example in the paper. The automatic water situation monitoring and reporting system is introduced for analyzing the function and existing problems of the system. The reform design idea of the automatic water situation monitoring and reporting system is proposed.
