头颈部肿瘤患者PS评分与放射性治疗的急性放射性损伤及近期疗效的相关性分析

摘要
目的研究头颈部肿瘤患者的PS评分与放射性治疗的急性放射性损伤及近期疗效的相关性。方法选取2014年1月至2017年6月在我院进行首次放射性治疗的头颈部肿瘤患者60例,评估患者治疗前的PS评分、治疗后的急性放射性损伤状况及近期疗效,分析患者PS评分与急性放射性损伤、近期疗效的相关性。结果调整混杂因素后, PS评分与急性放射性皮炎、急性放射性口腔黏膜炎显著相关(P <0.05); PS评分≥2分时,与放射性治疗近期疗效呈明显负相关(r=-0.634, P <0.05); PS评分<2分时,与放射性治疗近期疗效无明显相关性(r=-0.102, P>0.05)。结论 PS评分≥2分的头颈部肿瘤患者更易出现急性放射性皮炎和急性放射性口腔黏膜炎,放射性治疗近期疗效更差。
Objective To study the correlation among PS score and acute radiation injury of radio therapy and short-term effect in patients with head and neck neoplasms. Methods 60 cases of patients with head and neck neoplasms first receiving radio therapy in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2017 were selected. The PS score before treatment, the acute radiation injury after treatment and the short-term effect were evaluated. The correlation among PS score and acute radiation injury and short-term effect was analyzed. Results PS score was significantly correlated with acute radiodermatitis and acute radiation-induced oral mucositis after adjustment of confounding factors(P <0.05). PS score(≥2 points) was negatively correlated with short-term effect of radio therapy(r =-0.634, P <0.05). PS score(<2 points) had no correlation with short-term effect of radio therapy(r =-0.102, P >0.05). Conclusions Patients with head and neck neoplasms and PS score≥2 points are more likely to suffer from acute radiodermatitis and acute radiation-induced oral mucositis, with worse short-term effect of radio therapy.
