摘要
目的:探讨磁共振功能成像在脑胶质瘤术后复发与放射性损伤中的临床价值。方法:将2016年3月—2017年10月收治的15例脑胶质瘤术后复发和17例脑胶质瘤放射性损伤患者资料进行回顾性研究;并对所有患者的PWI(磁共振灌注成像)、DWI(扩散加权成像)和1H-MRS(1H磁共振波普成像)资料进行总结和分析。结果:资料统计显示,脑胶质瘤复发区平均标准化脑血容量(CBVnorn)及最大CBVnorn与放射损伤区比较均存在明显的统计学差异(P<0.05);脑胶质瘤复发和放射损伤区标准化ADC值比较无明显的统计学差异(P> 0.05);脑胶质瘤复发区Cho/Cr、Cho/NAA值与放射性损伤区两值比较无统计学差异(P> 0.05)。结论:PWI在脑胶质瘤术后复发与放射性损伤的诊断中具有更好的应用价值,DWI、MRS则可作为辅助检测。
        Objective To investigate the clinical value of functional magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in postoperative recurrence and radiation injury of gliomas. Methods The data of 15 patients with glioma recurrence and 17 cases of brain glioma radiation injury treated in March 2016 to October 2017 were retrospectively studied. The PWI(magnetic resonance perfusion imaging), DWI(diffusion weighted imaging) and 1H-MRS(1H magnetic resonance imaging) data of all patients were summarized and analyzed.Results The statistical data showed that the average standard cerebral blood volume(CBVnorn) and the maximum CBVnorn in the recurrent brain glioma were significantly different from that of the radiation injury areas(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the standardized ADC between recurrent glioma and radiation injury area(P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in the value of Cho/Cr and Cho/NAA between glioma recurrence area and radiation injury area(P > 0.05). Conclusion PWI has a better value in the diagnosis of postoperative recurrence and radiation injury of glioma, DWI and MRS can be used as auxiliary detection.
