政党认同视角下农迁社区党建工作探析——基于成都市H街道办的调查与研究

摘要
政党认同是政党政治学中重要的研究范畴,蕴藏着丰厚的理论资源,为深化政党政治研究提供了崭新的视角。群众的政党认同从根本上决定着执政党的生命力。作为新型城镇化进程中的新型社区的农迁社区,其党建工作的状况直接关系到党的政治权威和执政基础。运用政党认同理论,对成都市H街道办农迁社区的党建工作进行分析,梳理归纳出其存在着党组织执政能力欠佳、党组织队伍结构不合理、党务公开工作滞后等问题,据此提出了加强党组织执政能力、提升党组织影响力,优化党员队伍结构、增强党组织吸引力,强化社区事务信息公开、提高党组织公信力的意见建议。
Party identification is an important research area in party politics,which is rich in theoretical resources and provides a new perspective for deepening party politics research. The party identity of the masses fundamentally determines the vitality of the ruling party. As a new type of urbanization in the process of the new community,the work of the community party construction is directly related to the party's political authority and governance foundation. Using the theory of party identification to analyze the work of party organizations in Nong Zhuanfei community of Chengdu H street,and summarize the problems of the party's poor ruling ability,the irrational party organization structure,the publicity of CCP affairs lags and other issues,accordingly proposing the opinions of strengthening the ability of ruling ability and enhancing the party organization influence,optimizing the structure of party members and strengthening the attractiveness of party organizations,enhancing the information disclosure of community affairs and the credibility of the party organization.
