新医改以来内蒙古自治区政府卫生投入分析

摘要
目的:研究内蒙古自治区2009—2014年政府卫生投入情况,分析存在问题并提出解决对策。方法:利用政府卫生投入监测系统,采用Excel 2013和SPSS 17.0对内蒙古自治区2009—2014年政府卫生投入数据进行比较分析。结果:内蒙古政府卫生投入逐年增加,但是与全国水平相比还有一定差距;基层医疗机构、卫生监督机构及中蒙医投入较少。结论:继续加大中央财政对少数民族地区转移支付力度;投入重点向基层医疗机构倾斜。
Objective: To analyze the status of government health investment in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2009 to 2014, analyze the existing problems and propose the solvement strategies. Methods: Data on the government health investment in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2009 to 2014 were analyzed and compared based on the results via the monitoring system of government health investment by Excel 2013 and SPSS 17.0. Results: The government health investment in Inner Mongolia kept increasing by years while a certain gap still existed compared with the national level. The investment of primary medical institutions,health supervision institutions and institutions of traditional Chinese and Mongolian medicine were little. Conclusion: The central government should continue to increase the degree of transfer payment to ethnic minority region. Meanwhile, the government health investment should focus on the primary medical institutions.
