摘要
高素质技术技能人才供给问题严重影响了玻璃产业的创新发展,"政、校、企、行"四方联动则是玻璃产业协同发展的一个新思路。通过对"政、校、企、行"协同创新发展育人机制的分析,以沙河玻璃培训基地为例,论述了"政、校、企、行"协同创新的思路及措施,多路径搭建玻璃人才培养"立交桥",促进校企对接、产教融合,提高专业建设水平,为玻璃产业输送更多的技术技能型人才。
        The supply of high-quality technical and skilled personnel has seriously affected the innovation and development of glass industry. Four parties, " Government, university, enterprise and industry" joint actions is a new idea for the coordinated development of glass industry. Based on the analysis of the educational mechanism of the collaborative innovation by government, university, enterprise and industry and taken Sha-he training ground as an example, the ideas and measures for collaborative innovation of the four-party are discussed. The "overpass" for educating talent in glass industry should be constructed through multi-path. The close docking of schools and businesses should be promoted. The level of professional construction should be improved. More and more technical and skilled personnel should be provided for glass industry.
