摘要

党员政治人格的培育和优化是政党治理的基础性课题。新形势下全面从严治党对中国共产党党员政治人格的培育和优化的要求更为迫切。推进党员政治人格的培育和优化必须从公民性基础、党性原则和制度培塑三个维度来实现。
        The cultivation and optimization of party members' political personality is the basic subject of political party governance. In the new era,the requirements of cultivating and optimizing the political personality of the Communist Party of China are becoming more urgent. The course must be implemented comprehensively from three dimensions: the civic root,the party spirit principle and the system education.
