摘要

管理会计是企业管理的重要方面,其贯穿于企业发展的全过程中,为企业发展提供财务信息支持,以实现企业经济效益为最终目标。然而受管理会计理论研究不足、企业内部管理模式落后、财务工作质量不高等因素的影响,管理会计的预期职能难以实现。本文分析了天光半导体公司管理会计发展中的问题,并提出一些解决建议,以服务于同行。
        Management accounting is an important aspect of enterprise management. It runs through the whole process of enterprise development, providing financial information support for enterprise development,and achieving the ultimate goal of enterprise economic benefit. However, due to the lack of research on management accounting theory, the backward management mode of enterprises, and the low quality of financial work, the expected functions of management accounting are difficult to achieve. This paper analyzes the problems in the development of management accounting of Tianguang Semiconductor Company and proposes some solutions to serve the peers.
