推动我国能源绿色发展的价格机制研究

摘要
在能源绿色发展进程中,价格机制对提高绿色能源利用比例、促进传统化石能源绿色发展起到了积极作用。但与此同时,价格机制创新不足,存在着相关辅助政策监管不到位、相关政策没有实现全覆盖、价格政策协调性不强等问题。应通过进一步丰富价格政策工具、完善相关配套政策、有效提升能源绿色发展价格机制的作用等措施,加快推动我国能源绿色发展。
During the process of energy green development, price mechanism has had a positive effect in increasing the utility ratio of green energy and improving green development of traditional fossil energy. Meanwhile, price mechanism had insufficiency in innovation, and suffered from deficient auxiliary policy supervision,failing in full coverage of relevant policies and weak price policy coordination. We should accelerate to improve the energy green development by further enriching price policy tool, improving supporting policies, effectively enhancing price mechanism of energy green development.
