摘要
随着团队研究的深入,团队成员工作价值观的差异备受重视。团队成员工作价值观差异化的管理成效直接影响到团队工作绩效的高低,然而价值观属于意识形态范畴,要正确把握团队成员工作价值观的差异性存在较大的困难。基于此,本文利用粤西地区24个软件研发团队200名成员样本,选择了以团队成员个人属性特征为载体,运用独立样本T检验和单因素方差分析,探讨了基于个人属性特征的团队成员工作价值观的差异化表现。研究证实,由于性别、年龄、职务和学历等个人属性特征的差异,团队成员工作价值观呈现出显著的差异性,具有多元化的特点。
The different work values among team members attracted much attentions with the deepening research of team. The results of the managements of Team work values will affect the performances of the team. As the values belong to ideological category,it is more difficult to correctly grasp the differences in work values of team members. This paper,based on 200 members from 24 R&D teams in many fields of western Guangdong,discusses the diversification of work values of R&D team members using methodology of Independent Sample T-test and One-way ANOVA. The result shows that the work values of team members are significant different from others because of the differences of personal attributes such as gender,age,position and education.
