摘要

随着我国经济的发展,机械制造业作为一项重要的工程,在我国飞速发展。科学技术的不断更新,也使得机械制造业中引入了电气控制系统。通过使用电气控制系统,能够有效实现机械制造的自动化程序,从而提高机械制造的质量与效率。然而,现阶段电气控制系统的使用中仍旧存在着一些问题,其中最主要的是故障诊断与维修的技巧。因此,着重对电气控制系统的故障分析诊断与维修技巧展开了深入分析与探讨。
        With the economic development of our country, as an important project, the mechanical manufacturing industry is also showing a rapid development trend in our country, and the continuous updating of science and technology also makes the electrical control system introduced in the mechanical manufacturing industry. The use of electrical control system can effectively realize the automatic procedure of mechanical manufacturing, thus improving the quality and efficiency of mechanical manufacturing. However, there are still some problems in the use of electrical control system at present. The most important one is the technique of fault diagnosis and maintenance. If it is difficult to do well in this field,.The fault diagnosis and maintenance techniques of the control system are analyzed and discussed.
