摘要
FJS棒控系统在机组商运后的首个燃料循环中多次出现控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)线圈电流故障报警,严重影响到了机组的安全稳定运行。本文针对此问题,结合棒控系统CRDM线圈电流监测报警原理,从CRDM线圈电气性能、驱动机构机械卡滞以及电流监测参数与驱动机构的匹配性等方面对报警原因进行了深入分析,找到了故障报警的根本原因。
FJS Rod Control System had appeared many CRDM Rod Coil Current Fault during the first fuel cycle, and it has a strong impact on units' safe and stable operation. Aiming at this situation, the paper combine the alarm principle of rod control system CRDM coil current detection, deeply analysis the cause of this fault from CRDM coil electrical performance, the drive mechanism galling to current monitoring parameters as well as drive mechanism matching, and finally find the root cause of this fault.
