摘要
柴油机自问世以来,因其固有的优势,被应用于船舶运输业,并扮演着船舶核心动力的角色,其性能的好坏直接影响着船舶营运的安全和效率。柴油机工作环境多变、条件恶劣,故障发生率极高,且柴油机系统具有多层次、复杂等特性。基于柴油机故障的特点,探讨关于船舶柴油机故障数据库的设计与实现,以期提供相关借鉴。
        Since the advent of the diesel engine, because of its inherent advantages, is applied to the shipping industry, and plays the role of the ship core power, performance directly affects the safety and efficiency of the operation of the ship. Diesel engine working environment is changeable, the condition is bad, the fault occurrence rate is extremely high, and the diesel engine system has many levels, complex and so on. Based on the characteristics of the diesel engine, the design and implementation of the fault database of marine diesel engine is discussed in order to provide reference for the design and implementation of the fault database.
