摘要
利用p-θ质量守恒算法研究表面织构对径向滑动轴承静态特性的影响,建立椭球形织构模型,分别讨论特殊椭球形织构半径、数目、深度和分布位置等对滑动轴承承载力、摩擦力和摩擦因数的影响。结果表明:与光滑表面轴承相比,在轴瓦表面合理分布部分织构能提升轴承润滑性能,使轴承承载力增大、摩擦力和摩擦因数减小;全织构对轴承润滑性能有消极影响,使轴承承载力和摩擦力减小,摩擦因数增大。织构半径、数目、深度等参数对滑动轴承润滑性能都有重要影响;织构周向分布在180°~360°比分布在0°~180°更有益于提升轴承性能;在较高偏心率下,织构对轴承润滑性能的提升不明显。
        The effects of surface texture on static characteristics of radial journal bearings are studied by using p-θ algorithm of mass conservation. An ellipsoid texture model is established,and the influence of special ellipsoid texture radius,number,depth and distribution position on load capacity,frictional force and friction coefficient of journal bearings are discussed respectively. The results show that comparing with journal bearings with smooth surface,the partial texture distributed rationally on surface of bearing bush is able to improve lubrication performance of the bearings,the load capacity is increased,the frictional force and friction coefficient of the bearings are reduced. The full texture has a negative effect on lubrication performance of the bearings,the load capacity and frictional force are reduced,and the friction coefficient is increased. The parameters such as texture radius,number and depth have significant influence on lubrication performance of journal bearings. The circumferential distribution of texture between 180 ° and 360 ° is more beneficial than that between 0 ° and 180 ° to improve performance of the bearings. When the eccentricity is relatively high,the lubrication performance of the bearings is improved unobviously by textures.
