摘要
针对二手设备租赁维护的实际情况,提出一种周期预防维护策略模型。该策略综合考虑设备的年龄、预防维护和小修等因素对维护费用的影响,以设备的历史故障数据信息为依据,使用最大似然估计解析方法对设备的故障率分布函数参数进行估计,建立以出租方维护成本最小化为目标的周期预防维护策略模型。最后,给出算例分析。研究表明,该策略符合租赁设备维护的实际情况,可为出租方提供有效的个性化维护解决方案。
        In this paper,aperiodic preventive maintenance strategy was proposed for the leasing of second-hand equipment based on the actual maintenance situation.Considering various factors influencing the expenses of maintenance,such as age,preventive maintenance,and minimal repair of equipment,and based on historical failure data of equipment,this paper effectively estimated the parameters of failure distribution function of equipment by using maximum likelihood estimation and developed a model of periodic preventive maintenance policy which minimized the maintenance expenses of the lessors.Numerical examples illustrate that the proposed maintenance strategy is practical which can provide effective and individual decision support for lessors.
