摘要

该文介绍了空调显示组件的应用背景,通过分析产品应用环境,提出加速寿命试验方法,根据可靠性数据处理,计算产品使用时的累积故障率分布,对试验理论、过程和分析进行演绎。
        The paper introduced the application background of air-conditioner display components.Through analyzing product's operating environment,this paper proposed an accelerated life test method,and calculated the cumulative failure based on data processing,and demonstrated the testing and analyzing process.
